Steps to installing a foam roof system:

1. Remove gravel & clean roof of dirt & debris.

2. Apply new metal foam stop around roof perimeter.

3. Remove & replace existing drains.

4. Remove any loose impediments, blisters, etc…

5. Install (1) Jimco breather vent every 750 sq. ft.

6. Apply (1) coat UV primer to prepared roof surface.

7. Spray apply 1.5” polyurethane foam insulation. (This creates a monolithic insulation blanket over entire roof surface.)

8. Use 3 gal. per 100 sq. feet to acheive a 15 year warranty.

9. Apply 1.5 gallons per 100 square feet of Acrylic elastomeric base coat. (gray)

10. Apply 1.5 gallons per 100 square feet of Acrylic elastomeric top coat. (white, gray or tan)

11. Optional granules embedded into top coat.
